New Installation Process

Our installers will cut a hole and fasten the VELUX skylight to the roof with three layers of protection to prevent leaks. Depending on the application, such as roof pitch and weather, the rooftop phase can take one to three days. 

Our installers will come inside to quarantine the area for interior finish work and possible painting. If you have a flat ceiling, our installers will use drywall and other building materials to build a shaft from the skylight to direct the daylight into the room. This phase takes around one to three days
